Treatment Coordinator

Hi, my name is Maria and I am a Treatment Coordinator and Receptionist here at Lane Cove Orthodontics. I look forward to meeting you and seeing you achieve the smile that you have always wanted. I have experience working in the healthcare industry and I have completed my Bachelor of Medical Science.

In my spare time, I enjoy working out at the gym, watching movies, catching up with friends, travelling and enjoying the sunny outdoors!

Judith

Treatment Administration - Dental Imaging Coordinator

Hi, I’m Judith. I’m the person you might see at reception scheduling your next consultation, or answering your telephone enquiry. You might also see me assisting Dr Rex and Dr Ballard in the clinic.

I was born in Switzerland and migrated to Australia when I was 24; my native language is Swiss German. I am married and have two children, Sabrina and Daniel, who are both in their twenties. Outside of work I enjoy 4-wheel driving and camping holidays, discovering this beautiful country of ours! In my spare time I work out at the gym, enjoy reading and going to the movies.

Gillian

Reception Team Leader

Hi, I’m Gillian. I’m one of the receptionists at Lane Cove Orthodontics so I will be your first point of contact, answering your telephone calls and scheduling your consultations. I thoroughly enjoy meeting on-going patients and of course welcoming new ones to the clinic.

Outside of work, I really enjoy spending time with my husband and teenage twins, Nathan and Courtney. My other interests are cooking, gardening, travelling, watching movies and catching up with friends.

Claire

Receptionist

Hi, my name is Claire, and I am part of our friendly reception team at Lane Cove Orthodontics. I love meeting and assisting all the patients of various ages from under 10 years old to over 90, at the practice. I am amazed to see the progress in their treatment, and the confidence it gives when completed.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching my children play sport; baking, and spending time with my family and friends.

Sara

Receptionist

Hi, I am Sara and you can find me on reception at both the Lane Cove practices and Hunters Hill.

I am new to the world of orthodontics, however I couldn’t be happier with my change in career and love being part of such a happy team! Fun fact about me is: I received my orthodontic treatment (Invisalign) with Dr Ballard at Lane Cove Orthodontics!

I am married with three young children, Lola, Angus and Molly. In my spare time I like to play netball, go camping and spending time with friends and family.

Stef

Clinic Team Leader

Hi, I'm Stef. I have been with the practice for over six years, and in that time I have completed both my Certificate III and Certificate IV in dental assisting and radiography. As the senior clinical coordinator I ensure the clinic runs smoothly. You will also see me in the clinic, scanning for Invisalign and SureSmile treatment.

In my spare time I enjoy traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Jess

Dental Assistant

Hi, I'm Jess and I'm a dental assistant. I have worked at Lane Cove Orthodontics for four years and in that time I have completed my Certificate III in dental assisting. I really enjoy learning about orthodontics and working alongside Dr Rex and the team.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, listening to live music, cooking and traveling up and down the coast with my partner and our dog Sadie.

Hi, I’m Maria and I joined the team at Lane Cove Orthodontics in 2008. I am a dental assistant and help Dr Rex and Dr Ballard with consultations, taking photos, preparing x-rays and explaining plates and braces to patients.

I am married with three beautiful young children. In my spare time I like to read, bake and go to the gym.

Solitaire

Dental Assistant

My name is Solitaire and I have been working at Lane Cove orthodontics for just over a year now.

I completed my certificate III in dental assisting and have been in the dental industry for over 11 years, working in various roles across the dental team in general and cosmetic dentistry before making the transition into orthodontics 18 months ago.

I am currently in my second year of my Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy degree at the University of Newcastle and work as a dental assistant for Dr Rex and Dr Ballard whenever I am not at University.

In my spare time I love to spend time with my partner and son, travel and catch up with friends.
